System Integration Services
Deploying networks for mission critical application mandates that the systems are built with highest quality standards and process. Nothing is left to chance and hence Systems Integration activity is an integral process of our turnkey solutions. We build and assemble systems to customer specifications and needs at our state-of-the-art systems integration facilities based in India, Australia and Singapore. Attention to smallest details such as cable routing, labeling etc. is paid during this activity which ensures a high quality of workmanship as well as minimal amount of time is spent at site during installation.
Design Engineering Services
Innovatrix also provides specialized and detailed engineering services. These services are utilized by the end-users of the network as part of turnkey solutions, as well as by EPCs and PMCs who turn to Innovatrix for telecommunications and surveillance systems design.
Under these services, our design team prepares complete Front End Engineering Design (FEED) packages covering telecommunications and allied systems. We undertake jobs to determine the size and scope of networks, evaluate and recommend various technology options, propose suitable architectures based on the specific needs of the customer and formulate specifications of the equipment.

Project Management
Project management is the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time.
The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all the project goals within the given constraints. This information is usually described in project documentation, created at the beginning of the development process. The primary constraints are scope, time, quality and budget.The secondary – and more ambitious – challenge is to optimize the allocation of necessary inputs and apply them to meet pre-defined objectives.
The object of project management is to produce a complete project which complies with the client's objectives. In many cases the object of project management is also to shape or reform the client's brief in order to feasibly be able to address the client's objectives. Once the client's objectives are clearly established they should influence all decisions made by other people involved in the project – for example project managers, designers, contractors and sub-contractors. Ill-defined or too tightly prescribed project management objectives are detrimental to decision making.
This is the execution team which follows a pre-defined Process and workflow to execute the Design and Solution offered.

Site Acceptance & Testing
Provides a full range of commissioning services. System audits ensure configuration is optimized and that the DAS is performing in accordance with published specifications. Acceptance testing helps us measure power outputs and service coverage to make sure a system is performing in line with design specifications. And jurisdictional approvals and authorizations gather signoff from both wireless service providers and public safety authorities.
Site Survey
Innovatrix carries out a number of detailed surveys at the start of any project to evaluate the expected in-building loss characteristics, so that RF coverage requirements can be accurately predicted
